I contacted Grabone Helpdesk but they advised they couldn't amend it as it is likely my purchase has left the merchant right now.
Please let me know if I could receive the order and how.

Can you please let us know your Purchase ID? We can not source the order information on our systerm with your name.
About the address emendation, we'd like to make it clear, it's not mean the address can not be changed, as the parcel was sent out already, if we apply to change address by our side, the time will be quite long as it need you reject the parcel when it arrive old address, and wait it ship back to Auckland warehouse, then we send a new address to redispatch, the best way is taht you contact local post by your side, and provide tracking and ask them to change delivery for you directly, it will save much time. Please feel free to contact us if any other assistance you need.

So far, all out mask parcels deliver normally as before during the lockdown period. As you can see the comments above you, a customer bought on 21th March and got on 31th March, which means the parcel are dispatching normally. But this just for reference, it not mean all the customers can get in about 10 days. The normal delivery time is 7-14 days, but now it's hard to promise, what we are sure is that we can send out same day when you order, and NZ post is working on it, parcel will keep dispatching.
