• Sweet dark fruit aromas of blueberry, plum and blackcurrant. The nose is fragrant with clove and toasted nut aromas. The palate is rounded with succulent flavours of ainseed, vibrant dark fruit, pepper and chocolate. Firm, dry tannins, subtle oak and rich well balanced aged characteristics
• Best enjoyed with slow cooked BBQ brisket or a strong hard cheese such as cheddar
