Purchased 20 January, delivery within 14 days but still not received. Started by contacting Helpdesk and don’t get email response any longer. Tracking provided wasn’t for me. 31 days and not received. Quick to take my money but service has failed terribly. Very unhappy customer. Previous discussion comment has been removed. Don’t recommend purchasing.
