Has anyone had any issues with turning it on I put on charge for a few hours a red light shows so I'm guessing it is charging but then I go to the turn on and nothing

Hi Jessie
Not a good start to your fitness journey. Have you tried plugging it directly into a computer USB port. This was a troubleshooting hack that worked before.

Are you able to see any data on the actual tracker or does it need to be synced to your phone first?
