- The company hand-pick and cold-press all the flavour and goodness of a tree-ripe Hawke’s Bay apple (which they believe are the best apples in the world)
- They cold press from individual apple varieties such as Envy and Pink Lady because they reckon just like wine, every apple has its own taste characteristics.
- All you have to do is grab a bottle and enjoy! p.s. there is a “Sweet-o-meter” on every bottle so you know whether it will taste “a little sweet, or a little tart”
