Hi. As these were originally released a few years ago, is it possible they are already a couple of years or so old, even if brand new, and unused? This could mean the battery has already lost quite a bit of its capacity, so, its life could be a bit compromised. Cheers.

Hi Keith,
All of our stock is brand new and direct from the manufacturer, including the Amazon Fire7 Tablet. It therefore comes with a one year warranty to provide service should any faults occur in the future :)

Hi Cleone,
Thanks for your question.
This tablet is manufactured by Amazon and therefore means that it runs on Fire OS, and is therefore not compatible with Windows.
It does however have WiFi and will allow you to send and receive emails either through a browser or app.
Kind regards,

Hi Becky,
Thanks for your question! Facebook is available to download on any FireOS product, however if you can't seem to find it, the below instructions may be of some help:
Step 1: Ensure that you have “Allow Installation of Applications” enabled on your Kindle device.
Step 2: Make sure that you are able to access Android Market from your Kindle device. If you do not have the Android Market running on your Kindle device, then see my guide: How To Install Android Market & Google Apps On Kindle Fire.
Step 3: Download the Dropbox app and log in.
Step 4: Download and extract the Facebook app and save “Facebook 1.5.5 apk” file to a Dropbox folder.
Step 5: Now, open Dropbox, tap on the Facebook 1.5.2.apk file and click “install”.
