This is part of the conditions for the deal we recommend using an alternative "drop point" or local business that can accept on your behalf that is in town. Rural deliveries can experience (especially at this time of year) up to 2 days delay, since the product is perishable we do not send to Rural deliveries.

What do I do now?

It seems you have mixed up our retail store with our deal redemption page, please email us at [email protected] and let us know your Credit Card purchase BC Reference number, we can cancel this order and refund back to your credit card no problem at all. Please note that customer support email replies you will experience a 24hour response time during the weekend.
