Hi there, Is the 290 the depth of the bag and the 190 the handle? Then the width is 550mm? Sorry I just want to confirm this.

Hi Sandra, no problem! We are happy to help. 290mm is the width of the bin liner, 190mm is the dimension of the gusset and 550mm is the length of the bin liner including the handles.

Hello,
Great question! These bin liners are certified OK HOME Compostable which means that they will break down in less than 90 days in your backyard compost. WeI have visited several landfills, who explained that their bulldozers turn the waste over and over and finally move it and bury over a 3-4 month period, by that time our bags are completely gone. This is because they are home compostable, that can be buried in your backyard, placed under a tree, home composted, or sent to landfill. Like all plant based matter, these bags will breakdown over time and do not need high temperatures to break down.
Hope that helps! You have a great day too.

It's a shame they aren't a little bigger to fit the standard home rubbish bins (30-40L). It's a great buy!

Hi there, thanks for the questions! This product is Globally Certified Compostable and meets the AS4736 standards for composting. This product will decompose within a 90 day period in the right conditions, this being the true intent and benefit of the product. The product is manufactured in China and is manufactured from a blend of Corn Starch, PLA and PBAT.
