Hi, is this fabric very stretchy? My suitcase seems to be in between the M and L sizes so I am hoping I can stretch it to fit. Better to be too snug than too big? I'm also hoping the 2cms you mention due to manual measurement is 2cms bigger rather than smaller! Thanks for your help.
